These Terms apply to all products and services sold by GDM Technoworld Pvt. Ltd. ("GDM", "we", "us"), including the KavachSaathi Smart Health Card sold at kavachsaathi.in and gdmtechnoworld.in. By placing an order, activating a card or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and pricing
Product descriptions and prices are shown on our websites. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Current prices:

Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before payment.
We may change prices for future orders; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.
3. Orders and payment
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (such as Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
- We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or non-serviceable address, with a full refund.
4. KavachSaathi card and service
- Each card must be activated online by the cardholder or their guardian. Validity is 12 months from activation and can be renewed.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping it updated.
- Keep your PIN and activation code private. Anyone holding the physical card can see the emergency profile by scanning it — this is how the card is designed to work.
- KavachSaathi is an information tool. It is not a medical device, insurance policy or a substitute for professional medical advice, and it does not guarantee any medical outcome or hospital admission.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access to other cards, enter false information about another person, or interfere with the website.
6. Intellectual property
All brand names, logos, designs and content (including KavachSaathi, ThalSaathi and GDM) belong to GDM Technoworld Pvt. Ltd..
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Fatehabad, Haryana shall have jurisdiction.
