This policy applies to physical products sold by GDM Technoworld Pvt. Ltd., such as KavachSaathi cards.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver across India to serviceable PIN codes. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will inform you and refund in full.
2. Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment.
- Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on location.
- Cards bought from partner medical stores are handed over at the store.
3. Charges
Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.
4. Tracking
We share the courier name and tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email once dispatched.
5. Digital services
Activation and renewals are online services and are effective immediately after successful payment — nothing is shipped.
6. Problems with delivery
